The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring my room had a more pleasant view. I enjoyed the great meal at Chesterfield's Tavolo, which was lively and service-oriented.

The breakfast spread the next morning surprised me, I'd never seen so many choices at a hotel before, the scrambled eggs tasted like they were cooked right from the farm!

I especially liked the shower, which was double the average size and made the bathroom feel spacious. Breakfast had a great spread, including cheese omelets and fresh juice, but the sausage patties didn’t taste like pork. I also noticed mold around the shower area, which was really disappointing, especially since I expected better cleanliness from this brand. The friendliness of the staff stood out, though, especially the lovely woman who kept breakfast items replenished. One minor issue was that I wished there had been USB ports in the room for charging electronics. Despite these little bumps, it’s clear this hotel has many positive qualities, and I look forward to coming back for a longer stay next time.

during my stay, I was thrilled with how centrally the hotel is positioned, making it super easy to walk to iconic spots like the Stanley Theatre just a short stroll away and the beautiful Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute, which is around a 25-minute walk through scenic city streets.
